Job Description

  • Information to the spa receptionist on the needs of every client.
  • Participation in training seminars.
  • Assistance in all areas for the proper functioning of the spa if requested by the supervising manager, within the framework of good cooperation.

Spa Receptionist

Job Description

  • Full knowledge on the treatments and products provided at each spa location they are appointed to.
  • Actively promoting services and retail products.
  • Complete update to the therapists regarding each repeater client’s history.
  • Support via telephone and on the spot.
  • Proper booking planning.
  • Listing of orders in the system.
  • Daily revenue check and bank deposits to the corporate account.
  • Direct cooperation with the Spa Manager, aiming at the proper functioning of the spa.
  • Proper and direct response to client’s requests.
  • Inventory control and timely ordering supplies and products.
  • Control of spa equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
  • Daily and Monthly sending of spa reports.
  • Maintaining customer database in the Information Systems Division of the company.
  • Participation in training seminars.
  • Schedule client bookings.
  • Staff motivation to achieve targets.
