Spa Receptionist
Job Description
- Full knowledge on the treatments and products provided at each spa location they are appointed to.
- Actively promoting services and retail products.
- Complete update to the therapists regarding each repeater client’s history.
- Support via telephone and on the spot.
- Proper booking planning.
- Listing of orders in the system.
- Daily revenue check and bank deposits to the corporate account.
- Direct cooperation with the Spa Manager, aiming at the proper functioning of the spa.
- Proper and direct response to client’s requests.
- Inventory control and timely ordering supplies and products.
- Control of spa equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
- Daily and Monthly sending of spa reports.
- Maintaining customer database in the Information Systems Division of the company.
- Participation in training seminars.
- Schedule client bookings.
- Staff motivation to achieve targets.
